My name is Thao Nguyen (tau win). I’m a St. Lawrence University cum laude graduate double majored in English and Neuroscience. I write – be it journalistically, creatively, science-focused, long, short, analytical, or in fragmentation – and I hope to continue my writing career for the long haul.

News stories were a part of me growing up as I watched the 5 o’clock news with my dad every day since I learned how to comprehend words and information. I got to learn that language creates impact and news stories help magnify those impacts on a universal level. So, I look for opportunities to capture and relay stories in a way that leaves audiences thinking.
